This year the Warrnambool and District Football Umpires Association has invested
heavily in an alternative approach to the coaching style in 2025.
Moving forward the structure sits with a Co-Ordinator who oversees and monitors all on
ground/umpiring parts of the association. This responsibility lies with Jamie Lake. Many
of you would know Jamie, running around in the field but this year he has taken on this
role and also as part of his role is to use that wealth of knowledge and expertise to
develop umpires to achieve their best. You will still see him running around in the juniors
with new and up and coming umpires.
The coaching panel now sits as follows:
